Terms and conditions

August 2026

Provider and scope

These terms and conditions are issued by Nasari 1877 GmbH, Zug, Switzerland, UID CHE-360.147.648 and govern the sale of training programmes and related services offered through this website.

By placing an order through this site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.

Contract formation

An order is placed via Stripe Checkout, our payment processing partner. The contract between you and Nasari 1877 GmbH is concluded once payment has been confirmed and an order confirmation has been issued to the email address you provided.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where a training programme is fully booked or where payment cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is made by card through Stripe at the time of booking. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Your card issuer or bank may apply its own currency conversion and may charge a foreign transaction fee if your card is not denominated in CHF; these charges are outside our control.

Training services

Training programmes are delivered entirely online, through live virtual sessions, together with session recordings and self-paced material made available to enrolled participants.

A booked place is personal to the participant named at checkout and may not be transferred to another person without our prior written consent.

We may reschedule a session for operational reasons, giving reasonable advance notice where possible.

Cancellation and refunds

Once the place and the course start date are confirmed, the following policy applies. A full refund is available if the request is made more than 30 days before the start date. From that point until 2 days before the start date, 50% of the price is refunded. Within the final 2 days before the start date, and once the course has begun, no refund is available.

To request a refund, write to trev@tokenrevolution.net stating the programme and its start date. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available to the customer in their country of residence.

Intellectual property

Course materials, recordings, slides, and any other content provided as part of a training programme are licensed to the participant for personal, non-commercial use only.

Recording, redistributing, reselling, or otherwise making available the course materials or session recordings to any third party is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Participants must use the training platform and live sessions respectfully and in accordance with applicable law. We may remove a participant from a session, without refund, in the event of abusive, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant training programme.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, as such an exclusion is not valid under Swiss law.

No investment advice

Training provided under these terms is educational in nature. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in a training programme should be understood as advice to acquire, hold, or dispose of any token or other asset.

See the regulatory notice in our legal notice page for further information on the status of TREV and the scope of our activities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-law rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
