Data we process and purpose

Through this site's forms we collect only the data you provide (name, email, and where applicable your message, the training programme you are interested in, or your enquiry about the tokens) for the sole purpose of answering your request.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not use your data for automated advertising or profiling.

Web analytics

This site uses Google Analytics in cookieless mode for aggregate audience measurement. No analytics cookies are set and no advertising identifiers are used. When a page loads, technical information such as your IP address (used only to derive an approximate location and not stored), browser type, and the page visited is sent to Google as anonymous measurement signals.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC (United States) as sub-processor. We use this information solely to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

International transfers

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) and uses Google's measurement services (Google LLC, United States). Switzerland recognises the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as an adequate safeguard for these transfers; for visitors located in the European Union, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Payment data

Card payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which acts as an independent controller for the data needed to process the payment. Token Revolution never receives or stores your card number.

Stripe receives your name, email, billing country, and the transaction amount. Stripe's handling of this data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described in this policy. We use hosting and management providers, such as Vercel Inc., our CRM, and Google (audience measurement), acting as data processors with adequate guarantees. Card payments are described in the Payment data section above.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting legal obligations. Billing data is kept for the period required under Swiss accounting and tax law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to trev@tokenrevolution.net.

If you reside in Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you reside in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with your country's data-protection supervisory authority.
